Rich led a team that was responsible for all M&A activity, real estate planning, budgeting and financial forecasting while at Loews. She has implemented substantial networks for telecommunication companies as well as a nationwide digital content network for National Cinemedia (NCM). At NCM, Tracy administered the program for implementing a multifaceted national digital advertising network, the world’s largest proprietary system of digital and satellite technology of its kind.
