Rich Manzione, President and Chief Executive Officer

Rich has been with DCIP since inception and was instrumental in the company's formation and launch which included the creation and implementation of its Business Plan, and day to day operations. His career spans over 23 years in the theatrical exhibition industry with an extensive background in Theatre Operations, Corporate Finance, Strategic Development, Business Planning and Systems Development. Prior posts include VP of Strategic Development, VP of Operations, Senior Director of Operations and Managing Director at Loews Cineplex Entertainment. Rich oversees all areas of Finance, Operations, and Technology at DCIP.

Michael Politi, Executive Vice President

Mike has been with DCIP since 2007 and has been Executive Vice President since October 2010. Prior to joining DCIP, Mike spent seven years as an attorney with Loews Cineplex Entertainment and was their General Counsel for the last three of those years. Prior to that, Mike was a corporate associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York. Mike has extensive experience in the exhibition industry and in general corporate, strategic and financing transactions.

Tom Schmidt, Vice President of Technology

Tom has a background in Network Management & Design, Technology Research, Development and IT Support Management. Tom was a key member of the development team at NCM which enabled the current digital network.

Mark Kurtz, Chief Financial Officer

Prior to Joining DCIP, Mark served as Senior Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of Haights Cross Communications. Prior to that role Mr. Kurtz served at Haights Cross Communications as Vice President, Finance and Accounting, and Chief Accounting Officer from December 1999 to December 2007. From June 1996 to December 1999, Mr. Kurtz served as Chief Accounting Officer of Oakstone Publishing. Prior to joining Oakstone Publishing, Mr. Kurtz served as a senior manager at Hardman Guess Frost and Cummings, a public accounting firm. Mr. Kurtz, a C.P.A. since 1989, received a B.B.A. from the University of Montevallo.

Tracy Anderson, Vice President of Operations

Tracy has over 15 years of technical and program management experience and has extensive knowledge in logistics, implementation and installation projects on a massive scale. She has implemented substantial networks for telecommunication companies as well as a nationwide digital content network for National Cinemedia (NCM). At NCM, Tracy administered the program for implementing a multifaceted national digital advertising network, the world’s largest proprietary system of digital and satellite technology of its kind. Tracy has successfully completed complex, high profile projects, effectively managing diverse teams all through her career.
